Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not fully satisfied with our service, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll do our best to resolve any issues within 48 business hours.

If we’re unable to resolve your concern, we will issue a refund of your service fee, provided that:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 30 days of your purchase, and

  • You have not yet submitted your completed forms to USCIS


 

Refunds Not Available If:

  • You decide to file your application directly through USCIS.gov

  • You change your mind and choose not to file

  • Your personal circumstances change and you no longer qualify or wish to proceed


 

📄 Special Cases

If you purchased a replacement form (e.g., for a lost Green Card) and later locate your original document, we may offer a refund if you provide a clear photo of the unexpired version.


 

📦 Delivery and Access Issues

We deliver your completed application digitally. If you are unable to access your documents, contact us right away and we will resolve the issue quickly.

We are not responsible for third-party delivery delays, such as USPS or courier services. If a physical package is delayed or lost, we will either resend it or refund the shipping fee.


 

💳 Refund Details

Refunds apply to SmartUSAVisa.com service fees only. We cannot refund any:

  • USCIS/government filing fees

  • Attorney fees

  • Translation or mailing costs paid to third parties

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
